Aircraft for Every Distance, Short or Long
FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers, held to the commercial standard for on demand charter, operate every flight we book. Turboprop charter handles short regional legs and smaller airfields. Most business and family trips fit light jet charter or midsize jet charter, and super-midsize and heavy jet charter bring more range, taller cabins and space for bigger groups. Empty leg flights sit apart, for travelers with flexible plans who can ride along on an aircraft that is already repositioning.

Turboprop Charter
An efficient choice for regional trips of a few hundred miles, with room for a small group and access to shorter runways that jets often skip.

Light Jet Charter
A fast, efficient jet for four to seven passengers on regional trips, often the best balance of speed and cost for short business days.

Midsize Jet Charter
A larger cabin, more bags and the range for half-continent trips, priced point to point with one all-inclusive figure.

Super-Midsize Jets
Stand-up cabins for eight or nine passengers and the range to cross the country nonstop, priced point to point with one all-inclusive quote.

Heavy Jet Charter
Large-cabin jets for long nonstop flights, overseas trips and bigger groups, quoted all-inclusive and priced point to point.

Empty Leg Flights
One-way repositioning flights on private aircraft, with the trade-offs on timing and changes spelled out before you commit.
Departures Across the Indianapolis Area
We arrange flights for passengers in Beech Grove and throughout the surrounding area, including Indianapolis, Greenwood, Cumberland, Lawrence and Speedway. Travelers from Bargersville, New Whiteland, Whiteland, New Palestine and Carmel book with us too. We match your trip to a convenient departure airport and FBO, so the drive to the aircraft stays short.

Straight Talk About Private Flights
Private Jet Charter Beech Grove books on demand flights for executives, families, vacationers and companies that need to move a group on a tight timeline. We plan from our office, over the phone or on video, so you never have to come in to arrange a trip.
How we work is easy to describe. We skip the jargon, include every cost in the quote and suggest the smallest aircraft that handles the trip well. Many flights allow pets, and WIFI equipped aircraft can be arranged if you plan to work on the way. When comfort or range calls for a bigger jet, we explain the reason instead of taking it for granted.

What Working With Us Looks Like
Charter comes with a lot of jargon, and the jargon often hides cost. We put it into everyday words, price the whole trip and leave the decision to you, with no pressure.
The trade-offs, side by side
We explain how a light jet differs from a midsize: seats, luggage, range and whether there is headroom to stand. You pick with the differences in view, not after a sales pitch.
Extras already in the number
Each quote is all-inclusive. Fuel, crew, landing and FBO charges and taxes are built in, so what you approve is what you pay. No hidden costs show up once the flight is over.
Billed for the legs you fly
With point to point pricing, a one-way trip costs what a one-way trip should. Round trip pricing never applies to a flight that only goes in one direction.
Book one trip at a time
You will not join a program, fund a deposit account or sign a long term commitment. Book a flight when you need one, and skip it when you do not.
Answered day and night
Trips shift on weekends and late in the evening. Our phone is answered 24/7, and we give you a straight answer on whether an aircraft is available when you need it.
Where a Charter Price Comes From
A charter price is made of a few pieces. When you know what they are, the quote makes sense. These are the things we weigh when we put your number together.
On the phone we work out your estimate from the route, dates, number of passengers and bags, then give you a single all-inclusive figure with nothing added afterward.
- Size of the aircraft
- Bigger jets use more fuel and cost more for each hour in the air. For four people on a short hop, a turboprop or light jet is often the smart pick, and we will tell you that.
- Distance and hours flown
- Most of a charter price comes from time in the air. When a smaller jet would need to stop for fuel, a longer-range aircraft flying nonstop can end up costing about the same.
- Where the jet is parked
- When the nearest open aircraft sits at another airport, it has to fly over to pick you up. We search for jets already near your departure point to hold that cost down.
- Wait time and overnight stays
- Coming back a few days later can mean paying for crew lodging and waiting time, or booking two separate one-way legs. We price it both ways and show you the cheaper one.
- Time of year and demand
- Fewer aircraft are open on holiday weekends and major event dates. Indiana winters can also mean de-icing before takeoff, which adds cost, and we build it in when it is likely.
- People, luggage and pets
- Ski gear, golf bags and pet carriers all need room. A full cabin plus heavy bags can mean stepping up one aircraft size.
How a Charter Comes Together
Most trips follow the same four steps, from the first conversation to wheels up.
- 1
Tell us the trip
Share your cities, dates, times, number of passengers and anything unusual, like a pet or oversized bags. A few minutes on the phone is usually enough.
- 2
Hear your options
We walk through which aircraft classes fit, what each one costs and why. If an empty leg lines up with your route, we mention that too.
- 3
Confirm the flight
Once you approve the all-inclusive quote, we secure the aircraft and crew and send you departure details, including which FBO to drive to and when to arrive.
- 4
Fly
Arrive at the private terminal, meet your crew and board without the airline lines. Your bags go on with you, and the aircraft leaves on your schedule.
Questions Travelers Ask Before They Charter
- What does your quote cover?
- Everything that goes into the flight is in the number: aircraft, crew, fuel, normal airport and FBO charges and the taxes that apply. When a trip carries a possible extra, like a long overnight or winter de-icing, we point it out before you sign off. Nothing gets tacked on once you have landed.
- Which aircraft is right for my trip?
- Three questions settle most of it: how many people, how many bags and how far. Small groups on shorter hops usually fit a turboprop or light jet. Midsize and super-midsize jets add comfort on longer routes, and heavy jets move bigger groups coast to coast or across an ocean. We sort it out with you on the phone and suggest the size your trip needs, not the largest one available.
- Is a round trip required?
- No. Pricing is point to point, so you are billed only for the legs you fly. A one-way trip is never charged at round trip pricing, which is useful if you fly out with us and come home some other way.
- How do empty leg flights work?
- Sometimes an aircraft has to fly somewhere with no passengers aboard, often right after dropping a group off. Those empty legs can be sold at a lower rate. What you give up is control: the aircraft's own schedule sets the route and time, and the flight may change if the original booking does.
- Can my pet fly with me?
- Yes, pets are welcome. When you call, tell us how many animals are coming and how big they are, so we can pick an aircraft and crew set up for them. Smaller pets usually ride in the cabin next to their owners.
- What if the aircraft has a mechanical issue?
- Mechanical insurance pays up to 100% of the cost of a replacement flight. If a mechanical problem grounds the aircraft, we go to work on a substitute so the trip can go ahead. When we confirm your flight, we explain how this covers your booking.
- Will I have WIFI in the air?
- You can fly on a WIFI equipped aircraft. Let us know if being online matters, and we will build that into the options we quote. Signal and speed depend on the aircraft and the route, and we tell you plainly what you can expect.
- Do I have to agree to a set number of flights?
- No. You do not join anything, and there is no long term commitment. Fly once this year and not at all next year, and we will quote and plan for you exactly the same way.
